WTF is the matter with parents like these? Don't they know that they're not doing their little darlings any favors by trying to cheat? Instead of a rhinestone crown, she's gonna get a mugshot and a police record. Awesome.

Is it just me or do these things seem to happen in Florida and Texas more often than in other states?
