6. The founders always assumed that the constitution would change as society changed

This is certain as the constitution outlines how it can change. They could never have imagined that our country would grow to its size nor could they imagine the population growth. Because population was far smaller, cultural differences between the states was not nearly as dynamic as today.

The founders would probably remove more than gun rights.
Their sensibilities were informed by the culture of their time.
Freedom of speech as we know it today would certainly not exist. No.friggen way. What would George and Thomas think of onlyfans? Come on now.

(I am sex positive and support sex workers so long as they have agency over their choices and career.)
