some of my own ... I will only warn that the process of getting to hammered is really painful to both mind and body ... I know that your personal mental gymnastics is difficult at this time ... and I want to commend you for your decision to head to a supportive meeting ... you should be thanking yourself for your reflective thoughts instead of acting on your impulsive behaviors .... I am personally thanking you for your constructive positive behaviors and I want to encourage you to continue to remind yourself of the destructive consequences of hammering yourself ....
