10. I coat the stew meat in flour then quick cook 2minutes in skillet then into the crockpot

One can whole tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion and garlic ( I blend onion and garlic in food processor before adding in) salt and pepper to taste buds. Also add small potatoes. Also add a bay leaf.

Writing this I realize I haven’t made stew in awhile. Might do next week.
