4. The aroma of the bacon lardon's

was sooo stimulating to the audience. So...he had them at bacon! He first setup the steak marinade then started the corn... which starts with rendering the bacon lardons....

They were very impressed with the corn stock too which he made last night. They, the Judges, really looked forward to trying his entree....you could tell by their thrilled expressions and how they hovered over his preparation. Intrigued actually. He even husked the corn demonstrating freshness.
