Saute a small zuchinni and a yellow squash and a little onion in some butter till just softened. Add your tomatoes cut in half and cook for two more minutes or so. Warming them through or wilting them a bit. Add one tbsp of soy sauce and pepper to taste stir well. Turn off heat and shred chedder cheese over this while still in the hot pan.
