Brussels sprouts with cranberries and toasted walnuts.

If that's not enough, a vegetarian sandwich later. I'll make it on a toasted English muffin: eggplant slice, breaded, with blue cheese sprinkled over it. The eggplant was made by the RG and put in the freezer.

I'm researching pumpkin sauces so I can make that pizza wawannabee wrote about on yesterday's thread.
