Eat pure food, just eat less for pete's sake! Who needs an 8 Oz (1/2 a pound od meat!)hamburger patty loaded with 2 slices of cheese?
3 or 4 ounces of protein in a meal twice a day is all the average person needs. Eat more pasta, rice and fresh veggies. Have a bowl of maltomeal or oatmeal or whole grain cereal for breakfast instead of bacon and eggs. or a bowl of plain yogurt with fruit, (plenty of protein in yogurt) but don't get the tricked out kind, try plain whole milk yogurt.
And while I am preachy, kick the sugary drinks and processed snacks habit.
