What's for Dinner, Sun., Mar. 15, 2020 [View all]

Trout. Lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, and thyme.

Tomatoes (San Marzano), roasted and charred just a bit. In the middle is a slice of garlic. The idea is to take the roasted tomato and roll it around the garlic like a taco. Tried one; really good, and fun food, too.

Salad made with the microgreens I've grown in trays. I mixed the basil and kale microgreens with baby arugula, then added 3/4 cup toasted walnuts, along with grated Parmesan and garlic, minced. Olive oil for the dressing.

No dessert except for an orange. For whatever reason, we're out of the mood for sweets.

Note to Kozar, enjoyed reading about your ravioli last night. Enjoyed seeing the pic.

And cairycat, I checked out the ceiling at the restaurant you went to. Wow, what an atmosphere! The meal sounded positively fantabulous, too.
