I didn't make enough for leftovers, and it turned out so good.

I used 1/2 bag of cut unbreaded frozen okra, 1/2 fresh sweet onion 5 cloves of fresh garlic, a couple tablespoons of jalapeno slices, and about 10 ounces of mild Pace picante sauce. I had some leftover cooked chicken breast and added it when everything else was cooked. It turned out so good and I wish I would have made more

I've made this as a vegetarian dish too and it is good that way too.
