the disconnect. A person calls 911, as they advocate; perhaps a little 'exaggeration' to make sure the police come out.
Then when the police shoot the person it is the cops fault for not knowing the gun wasn't real.
Implications of course is that if it were a real gin it would be a justified shooting, even if such carry is not illegal.
