Need help with transportation back and forth from doctors office [View all]

My wife is on her 3rd round of chemo(stage 4 lymphoma). So far I have been able to handle all the transportation needs. But with scans and more doctor OP visits coming up, it is becoming harder and harder to run my business AND do what is MOST important...getting her well again.
Do any of you have suggestions on inexpensive ways to handle my dilemma?
It's possible someone may have some experience with this and ideas I haven't thought of yet.
Thanks
