But I would like to read what it actually says, including the specifics of how it is to be administered. I don't think anyone would have anticipated how Republican governors and legislators have undermined the well-being of their citizens by refusing ACA Medicaid expansion funds. Who in their right minds would turn down "free money," that has already been sent to Washington in taxes, returning to the state in the form of healthcare dollars? And yet that is what is happening here in Tennessee and elsewhere. I would be interested in knowing how that would be avoided, as the ACA is also a national program that should be working everywhere.
