I was among about 70 locals who had gathered outside at the very small municipal airport in Springdale to greet Hill and Bill in August 1993. When Bill got out of Air Force One (which pulled up to about 100 yards from where we were waiting), he came straight over to us and started shaking everyone's hand like he was still the governor. Hillary, however, acted like she'd rather be anywhere else.
