Or to anyone for that matter? They were instructions as to the remedy currently available to them. The lawsuit asked for an open primary.
The law already allows for disputed eligibility remedies at the polls themselves. So 3.2 million voters never had their voting rights taken from them, no?

I don't know. They moved polling places also a day before the primary. People need to be prosecuted
