(3,795 posts)23. That is not the number of votes but the number of delegates.
In caucus states we don't get the raw number of votes which is why HRC claiming to be 3 million votes ahead of Bernie is so very, very disingenuous (I'll be nice here).

Exit polls are entirely unreliable-unless they somehow favor Hillary. Then, they're gospel.
