Getting on a "No fly list" or "terrorist watch list" is due process - since you're advocating skirting around Constitutional due process wih 'plea bargain' (it's voluntary? ) - and if you've lost your Constitutional right to 'fly' no real stretch to lose right to 'buy gun.'

Now - you do understand that the proposed legislation in the Senate and what could end up in the House does propose timely due process appeals for the individual, 14 days in Senate compromise amendment.

We can fix this.
