18. I feel a little stupid for this question but

I don't understand why the State Department is now conducting an internal review. I sat through the entire hearing today and what I took away from it was that Comey did a thorough and impartial investigation, and stands by his findings. What happens with an "internal review"? What is its purpose? Good grief, what is going to take to get these people to move on?

Clinton needs to be able to focus on her campaign. Geeze, what's it gonna take? This is making me angry! Be gentle. I've been a long time lurker here, but am new to posting.
