To me it seems like it should be only legal if.

1. It was not prompted by a foreign government.
2. Or the people there were registered foreign lobbyist.

With the apparent ties/meetings Carter Page had with Russian possibly being illegal. Maybe the changes in the repub platform pushed by dipshit's people was also illegal? If so could it also tie together with manafart and some of his apparent illegal funneling of money?
