19. Would that be because she's going to change and campaign more as a progressive?

Unfortunately, I think a lot of the public learned from their experience with Obama, that you need to deliver more than just words to appeal to progressives any more. She needs to deliver on DEEDS to attract the progressive vote this time around in the primaries. She's not in a position of power to deliver on deeds to overcome experiences such as voting for war, campaigning for and voting for raising H-1B caps to screw many tech workers in this country, being a part of Wal-Mart's board, amongst other things.

I think Karl Rove knows that people are fed up and want someone more progressive than Hillary has been. He also knows that his corporatist backers don't like the threat of someone outside of the circle of candidates like Obama and Hillary, etc. that will be more under control of special interests lobbyist money. They want to have both Republican and Democratic Party candidates be in that mix to maintain their control. That's why they want her to be "annointed" as soon as possible. They were trying to do that last election too, but fortunately from their point of view, Obama winning wasn't as big a loss of control as someone more progressive might have been then.

They are MORE worried about someone like Warren or Sanders getting elected than either Obama or Hillary or for that matter any Republican candidate. That's why they want to see the primary process avoided as that is where they have the most to lose.
