I would think that right now is the best time to point out how the candidates should do better, and tell their campaigns what issues they are failing on that their potential voters care about, rather than wait until the nominee is chosen, and see him or her stumble with huge parts of the core voters of the party. But that's just me, and those who have found their savior won't hear a word against him or her.
