Even if he was not ignoring the problems, just going into those communities often for public forums would have given him some insight into real and developing problems.

Note to every up and coming politician, spend gobs of time in ALL communities that you serve listening to people. Some of the complaints may seem trivial, but they may also be pointing to neglect or a developing larger problem.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
