I believe it was marginally more, like 2-3 trillion. The problem is that the M4A costs are based on the requirement that all medical services be charged at current Medicare rates. That is unrelistic, so the cost for M4A will very likely be even higher than the 32 trillion figure.

If I were to vote in a presidential
