Every day we get reminders to slow down, to relax, to smell the roses, etc...
As the sun begins to shine on this beautiful Saturday morning, let us heed those reminders and drink in all that we might ordinarily miss in our daily rush.
Please have a day filled with living those moments that we might normally miss and allowing their imprints to color our souls.

To give you some peace of mind re: Clouds Passing
While I did have my sister post some updates while I was in the hospital, my first post wasn't until my sixth day removed from surgery. Having said that, please keep Clouds Passing in your thoughts and prayers, and if anyone else can give any timeline information from their own open heart surgery experience, please do.

A cool cloudy morning on the porch with a steaming hot cup of coffee and my freshly opened copy of The DU Informer with only the sounds of the morning competing for my attention.
Good morning my sensational DU family,
As I went out this morning to bring Cuddles in from his Night Stalker persona, the morning dew teased my toes and feet in a refreshing way. It reminded me that having a sensational experience requires more than senses.
Have an incredible day filled with moments that we experience sensation(al)(ly) through our inner stillness.

The ability to find something not only redeeming, but stunningly beautiful out turbulence is a ever present gift to ourselves and others.

Dear Clouds Passing,
I came down to the pond, with Cuddles just now,
And we were greeted by dozens, of souls, Wow.
The longer we sat, the more relaxed they became,
Each one here to share, the honor of your name.
We sent skyward wishes, thoughts and Prayers,
From all faiths n virtues, spoken from many sayers.
As we all welcome you, back to this earthly
plane,
We're all lined up CP, to embrace you once again.
As you well know, our souls make lifelong ties,
Today we gathered, as Humans, Cats, and Dragonflies.
Our final purpose, is to share in a collective scrye,
Sending each phrase of love, personally via Butterfly.

Good morning Clouds Passing and the rest of my DU family,
On those mornings where anxiety and uncertainty seem the order of the day, please let our foundation be our strength.
All we've lived to this day prepares us for it so please, as we ready ourselves to face that extra challenge or obstacle today, let us be still, be brave, and trust that we're in the right place, at the right time.
