Continued Shut Down - Blame Legislators

When it comes to the partial shut down of the government, Trump is solely to blame. As the shut down continues, I blame our Legislative Branch. There is a reason that we have three branches of government with equal powers. That’s to ensure to keep each other in check. It’s to keep a tyrant from taking over.
