Been considering it for a long while now. Reading a blog about someone who did Keto Chow for 100 days finally tipped me over the edge and just ordered some samples.

Has anyone ever tried it/ have any advice? Not sure I could do 100 days. Need to lose about 150 lbs tho, so open to trying.
