Tears Began to Fall - The Mothers w/Flo & Eddie (Live at Fillmore East, June 1971)

A doo-wop style pop song written by Frank Zappa. This could've been the Mothers' big hit single in the charts--with a bullet! It was released as a 45 backed with "Junier Mintz Boogie" in 1972. Former members of The Turtles--Mark Volman (Flo as in Phlorescent Leech), Howard Kaylan (Eddie) and Jim Pons--sing on this pretty little number, along with Zappa and The Mothers.
