A meme that I created to honor Bruce Springsteen

This is not an image from the Manchester U.K. 2025 concert (obviously).


I used this particular image since there was a solid place to insert a text of abundance of words on it.


I placed Bruce's inspiring and true Manchester quote verbatim since it spoke to me.

Keto Pizza (Fathead Style Dough)

Preheat oven to 400F


1 1/2 Cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

2 ounces of cream cheese

2 Tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese

3/4 Cup of almond flour (I have a loyalty to almond flour so I'm not sure if the measurement would be the same for another type of low carb flour such as Psyllium Husk Powder or Flaxseed Meal)

*Optional* I generally add a teaspoon or two of garlic powder right before microwaving "the dough".

*Optional 1 egg at room temperature* Omitting the egg makes the crust a tad more crispier so it's not going to break the crust by leaving it out but it changes the macros.

Pizza sauce and pizza fixings of your choice!! My favorite sauce is marinara and I spoon just enough marinara sauce to cover the baked pizza dough. I don't measure it at all.


Place the shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and grated parmesan cheese and whatever seasonings in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave about 20 second intervals until it starts resembling pizza dough. Mix well in between intervals.

Add the egg and knead.

Add the flour and knead until the dough isn't sticky.

Shape the dough and pierce the dough with a fork to prevent bubbles. I put a piece of parchment paper into a 8" cake pan and will shape the pizza dough using the cake pan. I keep the parchment paper under the dough and transfer onto a baking sheet that fits into the broiler for later.

Bake the dough 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.

Once the dough is baked and brown, add sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice.

Place in the broiler until the cheese is melted or bubbly brown.


*Side note* I have also made this pizza in the air fryer in the hot summer months.





Sometimes I'll add 1/2 cup more of shredded mozzarella cheese to the recipe and I'll shape breadsticks, make some precuts in the dough, pierce with a fork, add small pats of butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and garlic powder.




Basic dough recipe with egg: 6 slices: 210 calories, 19 grams of fat, 11 grams of protein and 2 grams of net carbs.

I would like DU's 2 cents about my protest poster

I'm working on a poster for the April 19th protest. Hopefully my drawing resembles that thing that's occupying the White House. I don't have a tracer art projector.


I would to say "IF SHIT HAD A FACE" written on my poster. I'm not 100% if that's what I want to go with because I don't know if young children will be attending this Saturday's protest.


Let me know what you would write on this poster. I haven't decided and it's obviously not finished just yet.


I'm on my way out the door to go to work but I'm picking up several colors of craft paint after work.

How To Clean Plastic/Resin Outdoor Patio Furniture

A few years ago I garbage picked this plastic/resin bench.

When I first spotted it, I thought that it was some sort of stone bench since it was so discolored. To be fair I spotted it at night. I had never seen such detail for a backrest on a plastic/resin bench either. I went to see how heavy it was and discovered it was lightweight material.

I had previously attempted to clean this bench with liquid dish soap with a salt mixture, a Mr. Clean magic eraser, Shout laundry stain remover, and a few other failed cleaning attempts.

Someone close to me recommended Clorox cleaner plus bleach.

I hauled this bench into my tub/shower combo and it barely fit. I sprayed it with the cleaner and let it sit for about 20 minutes. I took my hand held shower head and rinsed it off. I repeated this procedure several times. I wiped it down with a cleaning towel to help dry it before hauling it back outside.


It worked! No scrubbing was involved. The bench looks practically brand new. I hope this information helps someone else.

Edit: I forgot to mention that a power washer was used last summer before any other attempts were made to try to clean this bench off without much success.

I lost my Chapstick tube

In between the console and the drivers seat last week.

I had some difficultly removing the tube even with my long skeleton type fingers.

I had to use a wooden yardstick to push the tube forward. I finally got it after awhile.

I purchased a purple pool noodle today and did this.

Identifying Black Panthers, Leopards and Jaguars

Black Panthers:

A black panther can be either a leopard or a jaguar. All black panthers have rosette patterns, sometimes the melanism in the black fur makes it difficult to see the rosettes. Melanism is genetic which means one of the parents must be a black panther for a cub to be a black panther.

Leopards:

Leopards have a slender body with a long tail. Leopards have a rosette patterns that are smaller and grouped closer together. They're more agile at climbing trees, are faster at running long distance than a jaguar. They have special muscles in the shoulder, neck and back so that it can carry prey into a tree to keep their kill from other carnivores. Kills their prey by suffocating it.

Are notorious for leaping and can leap up to 20 feet into the air. Leopards are not an apex predator, which means that they can be attacked by other predators such as lions. Is an excellent swimmer but avoids the water if possible.

Jaguars:

Jaguars have a stocky build and generally have a belly that looks to be well fed or pregnant, sort of like some of us humans. Is a skilled climber but doesn't need to climb trees to hide from other predators. Is an apex predator and has a strike force of 500 pounds crushing bones with one swipe. The jaguar has a 1500 PSI bite, which is the strongest jaws of all big cats. It kills it's prey by piercing the skull or the back of the neck.

Is notorious for ripping through crocodile skins and crushing turtle shells. The jaguar thrives around water, much similar to a tiger. The rosette patterns are large and have small black spots in the center of the rosettes, has a shorter tale compared to the leopard.

Cheetah average speed 40 to 75 mph with a 475 PSI bite.

Cougar average speed 40-50 mph at a short distance with a 724 PSI bite.

Leopard average speed 36 mph with a 500 PSI bite.

Snow Leopard average speed is 35 to 40 mph with a 400 PSI bite.

Lion speed average is 50 mph at a short distance. Has a 650 PSI bite.

Tiger speed average 35 to 40 mph with a 1050 PSI bite.

Jaguar speed average is 50 mph at a short distance (similar to a lion) with a 1500 PSI bite.


Disclaimer: I've been fascinated by big cats since at a young age. I like to frequent animal sanctuaries and I do donate to several big cat organizations when possible. I've never had the opportunity to work with big cats as of yet. I'm only sharing my knowledge about big cats that I find interesting.
