Another murder conviction overturned on DNA evidence. ARE YOU LISTENING ARKANSAS?

“I knew this day would come one day”

"Evin King, 59, was convicted of killing his girlfriend, Crystal Hudson, in 1994 and sentenced to life in prison with eligibility for parole after 15 years. But with advances in DNA testing confirming his innocence, King is set to be released Wednesday.

Hudson was found strangled and beaten in a closet in her apartment. At the time of King’s conviction, the DNA samples gathered as evidence couldn’t be tested. After the Ohio branch of the Innocence Project took up King’s case, the organization successfully motioned for new DNA testing in 2008. Forensics later revealed that while the samples gathered from semen found in Hudson’s body and in skin cells underneath her fingernails matched, they didn’t come from King. He began filing for his freedom in 2010."

ARKANSAS, Don't put these men to death until all DNA tests that could prove their innocence/guilt. A drug's shelf life shouldn't determine if people die in the first place, but lets at least exhaust the possibilities of our mistakes if we have the ability to do so.

These are some of Hannity's advertisers. BOYCOTT them!

Will be adding to the list as I find new advertisers. Tweet these companies. Let them know you aren't okay with this. Don't let hate speech reach the masses.

Absolute, 100%, pure, undefiled Conflict of interest!

To hold a "conservative media reception" luncheon in the first place, lame but okay I don't have anything else wrong with that.

But look what media outlet is first... Breitbart. Get that the fuck out of here. Get this the fuck right out of here.

Fucking clown show!

Didn't this protector of pedophilia have all his funding pulled and get humiliated once already?

I don't support violence on these campuses and hope there is none, but I'm very in favor of finding his funding and putting pressure on them. He isn't saying who is funding him so as to protect them against public pressure (which would rightfully be on them if everyone knew they were funding Milo's hate speech.)

What's with this media 360 from CNN?

They're the fox News of the left anyways but it's weird to hear them be disrespectful to Obama. If you're going to be pro trump than do that but what's with tarnishing or trying to tarnish a great man's legacy?

I'm not sure we didn't put an innocent man to death last night.

I read in another article he asked for a DNA test to match against DNA at the scene but it wasn't granted.

I heard Ledell professed and proclaimed his innocense from beginning to end and his last meal was "the Holy Communion".

My smell test tells me Ledell is acting the way an innocent person acts in the face of injustice. Oppose it to the very end.

Edited: Yep found it, here's from an article about the DNA.

"LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A Pulaski County Circuit Court judge has denied a motion set forth by the ACLU, which asked for new DNA testing for Ledell Lee's case.

The ACLU cited two reasons for the motion to stay Lee's execution. The first reason was that advances in DNA testing allowed for new testing in his case. The second reason given by the ACLU was that he has an intellectual disability due to fetal alcohol syndrome and his "horrible legal counsel" did not present that in his original trial.

They argued that new testing would prove that the hair found at the scene did not belong to Lee and that blood on his shoe was not from the victim, Debra Reese. Lee was convicted for the 1993 murder of Reese.

In his ruling, Judge Herbert Wright said that improvements to DNA testing "has been available for some years prior" and questioned the delay in the filing by the ACLU."

If the Police in Berkley continue to not do much, african americans will draw a comparison.

And rightfully so.

The pictures and videos I'm seeing, I'm asking myself, if these were african americans rioting and not little white men like me, what would the media reaction and police reaction be? Well it would look different than what we're seeing right now, and if it keeps happening it will be impossible to not draw a striking comparison.

Just my opinion
