NBC now reports that Joe Biden is "widely expected to announce his intentions by the end of the month."
Yesterday it was reported everywhere it was "next week".

A pollster given the same grade of "B" as Pew Research by Nate Silver released a poll last night in which Donald Trump has fallen to second place to Ben Carson.
Clinton leads Biden in the same poll by 20% and Sanders by 24%.
