I'm Going Out on a Limb Here. I Predict Trump will Resign by the End of the Year: Scenario Included

I'm Going Out on a Limb Here. I Predict Trump will Resign by the End of the Year: Scenario Included

This is a reprint of my post from Aug. 6, 2017. Could the meeting at camp David be about this? could the time table be moved up?

This is a reprint of a post from me that was before most of us even knew that there would be demonstrations in Virginia.

My Prediction:

Sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2017, Donald Trump will address the nation. He will open with a string of grievances, which will include but not be limited to, the press distorting his actions, the "deep state" undermining him, the Republicans abandoning him, the Democrats obstructing him, the intelligence agencies conspiring against him and probably many more.

This will be as a result of pending indictments against many of Trump's associates and family members. The investigation not only threatens them, but the Trump businesses as well. His frustration that he can't control events and that circumstances are spiraling into areas that cause him fear will be overwelming.

As a result, his speech will then lead him to declare scores of Presidential pardons, which will include dozens of the aforementioned family, friends and associates, effectively shutting down the Russian investigation.

Trump then will announce his resignation, with the understanding that Pence, once he is sworn in as President will then pardon Trump (I.E. Gerald Ford's Nixon pardon).

I really can't see this thing ending any other way.

How is it that people who think it should be a crime to burn the American flag...

...support monuments for men who took up arms against the United States, committed treason, and burnt or disaccredited the American flag?

August 15, 2017

If this doesn't finish Trump, then there is no America

I can't believe what I witnessed today.

Does Donald Trump not know that Stonewall Jackson and Robert E. Lee were traitors? That they took up arms AGAINST the United States of America. That they received a pardon, or they would have been hung? Does he not realize that you can't be a "good person" in a march when you knowingly are protesting along side people with Nazi flags?

Was he not aware of the chants about Jews on Friday night in the torch light parade reminiscent of Nazi Germany in the 30's?

What the fuck? That's all I can say, What the fuck are we witnessing? WHAT THE FUCK?

Hypothetical Queston About Charlottesville

Let's suppose, for the sake of argument, that there was no violence in Charlottesville on Friday or Saturday. And let's further imagine, for the same sake of argument, that there wasn't even a counter-demonstration against the "Unite the Right" demonstrations. Let's imagine that everything went off peacefully.

That would mean that there was a Friday night, torch light parade of 6,000 people chanting Nazi slogans, carrying swastika emblazoned flags and signs, marching through an American city, supported by the Ku Klux Klan.

You think, maybe, the President of the United States should have condemned that activity as dangerous and un-American?

I sure think so.

Which brings me to another question. If you support a Nazi-Sympathizer, does that make you a Nazi-Sympathizer, too.

We will hear the excuse of "Trump's Daughter, Son-in-Law and Grandchildren are Jews"

in an effort to explain Trump's alliance with the anti-Semitic neo-Nazis who support him and his Presidency.

The fact that Trump can embrace anti-Jewish rhetoric while having Jews in his family is nothing new, historically speaking.

Here is a link to a brief history of Jews in Germany who supported the Nazis during the Hitler years:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_of_German_National_Jews

<snip>In 1934 the group made the following statement:[6]

"We have always held the well-being of the German people and the fatherland, to which we feel inextricably linked, above our own well-being. Thus we greeted the results of January, 1933, even though it has brought hardship for us personally."

A possible reason why some German Jews supported Hitler may have been that they thought that his antisemitism only was for the purpose of "stirring up the masses".[1]

The seemingly ironic fact that a Jewish association advocated loyalty to the Nazi programme gave rise to a contemporary joke about Naumann and his followers ending their meeting by giving the Nazi salute and shouting "Down With Us!".[7][8]

Despite their extreme patriotism, the German government did not accept their goal of assimilation. The Association of German National Jews was declared illegal and dissolved on 18 November 1935. Max Naumann, was arrested by the Gestapo the same day and imprisoned at the Columbia concentration camp. He was released after a few weeks, and died of cancer in May 1939.[3]

Another similar group[edit]

A similar contemporary Jewish group in Germany included the German Vanguard (Der deutsche Vortrupp), the German-Jewish followers of Hitler led by Hans-Joachim Schoeps,[1] also referred to as "Nazi Jews". Schoeps went into exile in Falun/Sweden in 1938, just before the persecutions began in earnest. His two sons were born there. Schoeps returned to Germany after the war and was made professor of religious history at the university of Erlangen in northern Bavaria, ten miles north of Nuremberg. He remained a monarchist and wanted to re-introduce monarchy in post-war Germany. His involvement in the Vortrupp and his personal engagement for the success of the Nazi movement did not become known at Erlangen while he was a professor there until 1970. He was firmly opposed to the liberal-socialist student movement after 1967, and published a book in 1972 in which he claimed that Germany was threatened by anarchy. Schoeps was a member of the Deutschland-Stiftung, in which former Nazis were active.[citation needed]<snip>

Can I ask a simple quetion here?

How can it be difficult for any politician, anywhere in the United States to condemn Nazis?

WTF. Every good movie for 4 generations has Nazis as the villains. Casablanca, Sound of Music, Shindler's list, Cabaret, Raider's of the Lost Arc. And none of these are really war movies.

How fucking hard can it be to condemn American Nazis within miles of Arlington National Cemetery, which is the final resting place of thousands of brave American service men and women who gave their lives fighting fascism?

Does Donald Trump even have a soul or a brain?

Reporters Ask Trump the Wrong Question

I don't give a fuck if Trump says he condemns David Duke, the KKK and the American Nazi Party (and, by the way, he hasn't even done that obvious act). I will never know if he means it or not, even if he said it.

Here's the question, "Mr. President, why do YOU think that David Duke, the KKK and the American Nazi Party love YOU so much?"

Netanyahu faces imminent indictment

News out of Israel today is that Bibi is in imminent danger of indictment

<snip>On Thursday, Israeli police revealed they suspect Netanyahu of being involved in bribery, fraud and breach of trust in a pair of cases. On Friday, Netanyahu's former chief of staff and longtime confidante Ari Harow signed a state witness settlement in which he agreed to testify against his former mentor. This has raised speculation that Netanyahu could be indicted shortly, and sparked calls from opposition figures that he step down.<snip>
