I’m no lawyer, but it seems to me a bit problematic if your strongest defense is “Hey, the FBI planted all this damning evidence.”

As Donald Trump was pleading the Fifth like a two-bit mobster, Biden signed a bill to help Vets exposed to toxic burn pits. Your choice: lawbreaker or lawmaker.

Republican reactions falls into 3 categories at this point:

1. People who have no clue how the justice system/law operates.

2. People who know how it works but think Trump should be treated differently.

3. People who know how it works and aren’t saying much because they know.

FYI the reason Trump GOP are trying to push the “FBI planting evidence” story is that they are trying to get ahead of how sensitive the docs Trump was hiding and the million dollar follow up question: Why the hell would he take such documents and what did he plan to do with them?
