A deputy in Isanti County, MN, was responding to a report about a man with a gun at a restaurant in the early hours of last Saturday morning, reports local outlet Isanti County News. He was traveling down a dark road in the squad car with the lights and sirens on at 114 mph when, suddenly, a deer leapt out from the side of the road. There was no time to stop.

COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. — They voted overwhelmingly for President Donald Trump, but generations of red-state farmers are bracing for impact on Friday with the knowledge that his trade war could destroy their livelihood — and alter the agricultural map forever.
Tariffs levied by America's trading partners, such as China, kick in on Friday as retaliation for Trump's heavy taxation of their imports. Farmers in the heartland say that a drawn-out trade war could lead to more farms going bankrupt or selling out.
"The banks are not going to keep writing checks to save your farm," Matt Thiede, chief operating officer of Heeren brothers, a produce packing company in Comstock Park, Michigan, told NBC News. "For some family farms, one season could be the death of them."
"You will see a serious change in the landscape and topography of agriculture in the U.S.," he warned.

In the second review, Scott Allen, The Globe’s assistant managing editor for projects and investigations; Brendan McCarthy, its deputy projects editor; and Joseph Kahn, a former staff writer, reviewed 100 randomly selected columns by Mr. Cullen for “authenticity and accuracy.”
The first review uncovered “significant problems” with radio appearances and public comments by Mr. Cullen the morning after the bombings and in the months that followed, the statement said.
In one interview the morning after the bombings, Mr. Cullen told the story of a firefighter he had spoken with by phone who rescued a 7-year-old girl hurt by the bomb before going back to search for her lower leg, which had been blown off.
The firefighter, a lieutenant in the Boston Fire Department, denied that account and said he did not speak with Mr. Cullen by telephone on the day of the bombing. He called the story of him searching for the child’s leg “crazy,” according to the report.

By cancelling the Eagles event Trump Collectively Punished the team
The Eagles had NO players that knelt for the anthem but Trump's statement that the Eagles do not want to place “hand on heart, in honor of our great men and women of the military.” Instead, Trump stated that he will hold “a different type of ceremony” to “honor our great country” and “loudly and proudly play the national anthem.”
Trump explicitly dis-invited the Eagles for having Black NFL players who, in his rationale, are guilty by their association with black NFL players on other teams who had knelt to protest police brutality and the racist execution of unarmed black Americans.
Trump's deliberate statement was to punish them for being black NFL players who empathize with fellow black Americans.
Trump's dog whistle to his fellow racists is that all black NFL players will collectively be punished if any black NFL players who identify and protest in any way against the institutionalized violence perpetrated by law enforcement against unarmed black Americans.
Trump's policy is clearly that by being black NFL players who publicly identify in any way, whether they individually protest or not, with the brutalization of fellow black Americans they have disqualified themselves from participating in a national honor and tradition reserved for elite NFL athletes.
Collective punishment during war is a violation of the Geneva convention. A case could easily be made that there is a long simmering low intensity conflict aka war against blacks in America.
From Wikipedia: "Collective punishment is a form of retaliation whereby a suspected perpetrator's family members, friends, acquaintances, sect, neighbors or entire entire ethnic group is targeted. The punished group may often have no direct association with the other individuals or groups, or direct control over their actions.".
An example: In 1906, 167 black U.S. soldiers stationed in Brownsville, Texas, were dishonorably discharged on orders of President Theodore Roosevelt in response to the shooting of two white citizens in the middle of the night of August 13, 1906. One man was killed and the other, a police lieutenant, was injured and it was never discovered who the shooter(s) were, though they were presumed to have been members of the nearby Fort Brown. The soldiers of Companies Bravo, Charlie, and Delta of the 25th infantry regiment, many of whom served in the Philippines and Cuba during America's war with Spain, were punished for the crime collectively and were denied army pensions.

Kirk Minihane and producer Chris Curtis have unearthed several inconsistencies in Cullen’s post-Marathon reporting. In his first column about the bombings on April 16, 2013, “A perfect Marathon day, then the unimaginable,” Cullen writes as if he was at the finish line when the explosions happened...
In a subsequent interview with BBC, however, Cullen says he was “one mile away” from the finish line when the bombs went off. In a phone conversation with Minihane this week, Cullen said he didn’t get to the scene until a couple of hours later.
Despite Cullen’s now-admitted physical distance from the bombings, he’s continued to provide intricate details about the explosions at the finish line. In the HBO documentary about the Patriots Day bombing, which was released in 2016, Cullen says he heard victim Krystle Campbell’s “death wail” when the bombs detonated.

Does ANYBODY actually believe AD did not give Trump legal advice this week? At the very least (doubtful but he is a nerd) AD took $1 from Trump so he could say he was Trump's client but since it was all verbal (except for the dollar) there is no proof AD is Donald's client or gave him legal advice.

AD says Rosenstein "should recuse himself" and that Trumps lawyers should make a motion if Rosenstein "PARTICIPATED IN ANY WAY IN A PROCESS THAT WAS ADVERSE TO THE INTERESTS OF OF PRESIDENT TRUMP."
AD also states with respect to Trump firing Rosenstein that Trump "might have a constitutional right to arrange (hand gestures), he might have to do it indirectly."
AD confirms to Todd that he told Slate that his "advice to the president would be: don't fire, don't pardon, don't tweet and don't testify",..."Right."
AD states to Todd: "I want to be clear, I did not give the president any legal advice. I never give legal advice to anyone unless I am their lawyer and my legal advice is subject to client confidentially. By the way client confidentially suffered a big blow the other day when the lawyer for Donald Trump's home and office were raided and they took all (hand gestures) of his material and just put it in front of a taint team".

Alan, your flurry of public interviews have revealed plenty about the 'legal' advice you have for DT, Perhaps infinitely more since you can't divide by zero, which is all that has leaked directly out of Robert Mueller's investigation, whether over a Porter an Ale or a Bud.
Say Alan, one more thing, did your legal advice to your friend Trump include that "Donald, crimes are Crimes!"?
