300 Game Winners who never had a 200 strikeout season in their career

Tom Glavine
Warren Spahn
Early Wynn

Not keeping up with news.

Busy working on teenage alibi calendar. Scrubbing Nixon impeachment parties.

Somehow I think that if a progressive candidate for SCOTUS, while at their confirmation hearing,

had screamed they were being persecuted by a cabal of Bush/Rove/Cheney Koch brothers supporters the hearing would have ended on the spot with no vote even scheduled.

Wait, what's a hearing asks Merrick Garland?

Why did the clock go back four seconds?

Because it was hungry!

Media and Suppression Today

Watching the archival footage of the NAZIs burning books in Germany in the 1930s as a way to suppress enlightened thinking gave me pause the other night. I wonder if today we face a different kind of suppression. Rather than burn books and media, what reactionary forces do is "flood the zone" with Info Wars, Drudge, and Faux News to the extent that any rational, fact-based media is not burned, but drowned.

A tsunami of BS to the extent that "my opinion" has more merit than your "facts."

Pitcher with fewest wins at age 30 (31) who went on to win 300 games

Phil Niekro.

Why should you never go out with a tennis player?

Because love means nothing to them!

I love the movie "The Big Sleep"

My favorite line:

Coping calling Bogart: You need to come to my office now.

Bogart: Don't you know not to wake a guy up at 2 in the afternoon.

If you want to see what happens on SCOTUS when you pack

the court with Reich Wing Zealots look no further then here in AZ. Governor Koch Brothers Ducey appointed right wing crazies to the court the Supreme Court which has resulted in having progressive measures struck from the ballot this year.

Here is a prime example:

Players who played 4 different positions in the World Series, Career
