How is Democratic Underground defined?

The word Democratic = the Democratic Party OR Democracy OR both. Does center-to-left viewpoints include the Democratic right?

Does the Democratic right = advocating 5 or less Democratic principles
Democratic center = 6-10 Democratic principles
Democratic LEFT = 11 or more, all the way to a pure bred pony

The word Underground implies something behind the scenes, below the surface and not on national display.

The Democratic corporatist wing is RIGHT up front about undemocratic principles and spend billions to get out their message. How is this an underground group? They aren't something boiling to the surface, the corporatists have long ago boiled over and spilled across this nation.

Was DU originally created for the often ignored Democratic voting blocs or a Democratic-leaning forum for the pro-corporatist agenda?

How do we get all Populist votes to count?

The break downs on registered voters I've seen are roughly 32% Democrats, 28% Republicans and 40% Independents.

A number of states don't allow Independents to vote in Democratic primaries so the Democratic nominee doesn't truly represent the American Populist vote.

What happens to our Independent Brothers and Sisters if they have only a Corporatist (D) or a (R) to chose from? They have no Party Blood Oaths to bind them so the most likely scenario is a non-vote, a write-in vote or selected down ticket voting.

What % of the 40% Independents are Loyal Left? By the way the HRC crowd is demanding party votes, they are more than enough to change an election.

We have power in numbers, so could Grass Root write-in campaigns win? We wouldn't have to waste our money and time against Third Way Blue Dogs in primaries and just focus on the general. This could take some MONEY out of politics! Plus, doesn't Write-In votes bypass programmable voting machines and require hand counting?

The Democratic Compromise

With the Loyal Left Dems + Loyal left Independents we hold the key to winning and they know it.

The time has come that we get our just rewards. If they want our votes, they're not coming free.

Compose a Grand Democratic Compromise and if they ignore us then we stand united and HRC loses.

The Dem Party is split, the Loyal Left and the Selfish Corporatists and the only way the Party wins is unification.

We are tired of takers, always taking and demanding and rarely giving

If the corporatists don't care if it is Bush or Clinton we have called them out and everyone now sees they are the Emperors without clothes.

If they use the repub tactics of hate (you're not a Democratic if you don't vote for the nominee, so leave the party) and fear (SCOTUS will doom us) and won't compromise, it is they who will elect a repub President.

The Goal of a Push Poll

Right now maybe the focus should be on getting out the message (GOTM) rather than GOTV.

A push poll focuses on our principles and can be quite valuable on making a HRC comparision.

How much cheaper can we get (the cost of a phone call) for a direct advertising campaign with producible results for the general public. With a little emotional effect in the phrasing of our questions we can possibly instill a lasting effect into the individual participants.

Who cares if the right-wing dems laugh at our results because our GENUINE message is getting out and they know it.

This approach is GRASSROOTS, one person at a time, We can do it by community, state or national push polling and possibly use our new website,"Someone Else" for results.

Could this be as effective as door-to-door or be used in combination?

If we can set the standard then the candidates must weigh their options.

People Power

Not a fact yet, but the statements of Tom Wheeler indicate he's caving. What a huge success for people power. Millions of e-mails and protestors on the sidewalk in front of his home may just have turned the tide. When we point out that we know where you live it may add a very personal dimension to our stance.

With the power changing hands at the DOJ, maybe protesting and e-mailing could stress our points on war criminals and banksters getting prison sentences. This could also apply to the SEC.

How about the same pressure on the trade representative Froman and crashing websites.

Remember when Senator Sanders delivered hundreds of thousands of signed petitions to the White House to stop Chained CPI and it worked. Who is hiding all our signed petitions against Fast Track and TPP, isn't Bernie waiting.

These government agencies possess certain powers that don't require congressional approval, so why not get at it?

TPP redefined

TPP = Thirdway Perfect Pony. While we're still waiting for the PPP (Populist Perfect Pony) that passes sparkly gases they get the TPP that continually shits $100 bills to it's masters.

It's perfectly set-up to keep it within the hands of a few greedy corporatists and we're suppose to sign this in perfect silence.

This is a exclusive global club that requires perfect DNA to join, all the human imperfections need not apply.

We must all trust the perfect people because their trade bill will be perfect in every way.

The real Student Loan person

In reality, this is another screw the poor Americans program wrapped with torn blankets. These repayment programs are 20-25 years of servitude, making it necessary to take any job available to repay the loan providers.

FAFSA takes your application and if you or your parents make to much money, you don't get a nickel. If you are poor and needy the welcome mat comes out. So in the beginning you qualify only if you have almost nothing with no ability to repay. In the financial world, this is beyond high risk, so the govt steps in.

The government isn't all lovey-dovey as they put a loan provider, snatching profits, in the middle of all this. Then they slide in legislation making it virtually impossible for INDIVIDUAL debtors to discharge their debts using the Bankruptcy Code. How close are we to calling this slavery?

Then the PTB start changing the topic and say look over there, a trillion dollars in student loans can't be forgiven or the country will fall into another depression. Then they say we must pass the CRominbus Bill to bail out the banks with trillions so we can avoid another depression. How do we fall for this nonsense?

The poor for too long have carried the burdens of this country. Again, these are the people carrying this Student Loan debt and it's time to rid ourselves of this inequality. BLESS, those who have less and bring this rigged system to its knees.

If one is another, why isn't the other the same one?

If corporations are people, human beings, then why aren't people automatically corporations? Corporations don't have to file paperwork or filing fees or anything to receive the rights of human beings.

The legal system has set-up these corporate people with unequal justice in many categories of law. For one, the bankruptcy laws, where human beings are stuck with student loan debt without ways of forgiveness or dismissal.

If one is the other then a human being approaching the courts as their alter ego, a corporation, should be able to file for bankruptcy under corporate rules. If they are refused because of the lack of corporate paperwork, then let's go back to the origin of the corporation, the states.

It would only take ONE state to set-up corporation paperwork to make any single human being, not a sole proprietorship, but a legitimate corporation. How many corporations flock to Delaware to set-up.

Maybe this could be proposed to Vermont to set-up their single payer system with a $50-100 fee for establishing a single person corporation. Then let the student loan bankruptcy filings begin and have a real Main Street bailout for the people!!!

Redo privatization

Here's a job program that doesn't need an approval from Congress. When all these overpriced federal contracts come up for renewal in each dept. cancel them and start hiring American people at decent middle class wages.

For example,I remember reading that Edward Snowden (a hero) was making $200,000/year as a privatized NSA employee. We could turn his job into FOUR #50,000/yr jobs with federal benefits which people can raise a middle class family. Don't forget about the pay of the executives and board of directors that skim millions off the top. The spy agencies and Defense dept.would be good places to start and maybe taking a new perspective on the banking industry.

These would be good American jobs that won't fly over to Vietnam.

After decades of corporate media propaganda labeling government as the inept Keystone Cops that must privatize everything to function, it is time to reverse this nonsense. The banking industry sent us into a depression and we're on the verge of another. The privatized aerospace industry is crashing rockets into the desert after NASA retired shuttles that took us into space.

I remember growing up and realizing that if I took a govt. job I would probably never get rich, but I could be secure and safe from poverty.

If we privatize anything, start giving priority and funding to workers co-ops
