Trump praises Ryan's primary challenger

Source: CNN

Donald Trump on Monday offered very public praise for a political candidate vying to unseat one of the top Republicans in Washington -- House Speaker Paul Ryan.

Trump, who is facing an onslaught of criticism from Ryan and other top Republicans for his comments about the Muslim family of a deceased US soldier, thanked Ryan's Republican primary challenger, Paul Nehlen, on Twitter Monday for his "kind words."

"Thanks to @pnehlen for your kinds words, very much appreciated," the Republican presidential nominee tweeted, in what amounts to an extraordinary show of discord between two of the most prominent faces of the Republican Party.

Jill Stein's running mate supported the Benghazi inquiry

As you may know, Green Partyist Jill Stein today picked one Ajamu Baraka to be her VP nominee.

Ajamu Baraka (May, 2014):
From Benghazi to Boko Haram: Why I support the Benghazi Inquiry

Excerpt:

"The response from the Democrats has been predictable. Democrats already lined-up behind a Clinton campaign understand that no matter what comes out this inquiry, Benghazi has the potential to become a permanent yoke that wears down the Clinton candidacy. But in another bizarre display of political and ideological subordination to the Democrat Party and its rightist elite, elements of the left have also expressed opposition to this inquiry."

Michael Moore falsely writes: "Trump is ahead of Hillary in the latest polls in Pennsylvania"

In an article entitled "5 REASONS WHY TRUMP WILL WIN," Michael Moore wrote that Donald Trump "is ahead of Hillary in the latest polls in Pennsylvania." http://michaelmoore.com/trumpwillwin/

The article is undated, but he wrote it around July 21st, judging by this other piece: http://www.alternet.org/election-2016/michael-moores-5-reasons-why-trump-will-win

It is not true that Trump is ahead of Hillary in the latest "polls", since only one outlier poll (Quinnipiac) had Trump ahead at the time Moore wrote that article.
Prior to Quinnipiac, 12 consecutive polls had Clinton either ahead (10 polls) or tied with Trump (2 polls).

It is possible that Moore simply wants Trump to win (So he can say "told you so&quot . http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/pa/pennsylvania_trump_vs_clinton-5633.html#polls

Anyway, Michael Moore needs to stop spreading falsehoods online.

New York Times: "most economists" agree that major trade deals have benefited most Americans

NYT: "Similarly, in the United States, most top economists agree that “past major trade deals have benefited most Americans” and that “trade with China makes most Americans better off.” But those aren’t sentiments we will be hearing anytime soon from Mr. Trump or Mrs. Clinton." http://www.nytimes.com/2016/07/31/upshot/why-voters-dont-buy-it-when-economists-say-global-trade-is-good.html?_r=0

Yesterday (Sunday) Bernie sent a message to his supporters: Vote for Hillary

""I would tell all of my supporters, and we got over 13 million votes, to take a hard look at the issues impacting the American people," Sanders said on CBS's "Face the Nation." "Which candidate, for example, wants to overturn this disastrous Citizens United Supreme Court decision, which allows billionaires to buy elections and is undermining American democracy? That is Hillary Clinton's position."

3 new polls prove that LA times tracking poll is junk

PPP, CBS and Morning Consult just released polls in which Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump. Meanwhile the new and untested latimes tracking poll keeps pretending that Trump is ahead. Latimes is the new Rasmussen.

Daily Tracking polls are the worst (Remember Gallup and Rasmussen)

Beware of tracking polls. In 2012, the only pollsters to predict a Romney Victory were Gallup and Rasmussen, both daily tracking polls.
Now we have that new, weird and untested LA times tracking poll which seems headed in that direction too.

Stick with accurate pollsters such as the Washington Post and NBC.

Hillary ahead by 5 even including Johnson and Stein (PPP)
