Can Donald pardon himself for past-present-future rapes and murders?

Yay, that even if true that he can and he may pardon himself in Federal cases, he cannot pardon himself or anyone in STATES' COURTS!

Plus it be relevant to Amendment 25th and Impeachment.

Pardons' acceptance require admitting guilt IMPEACHMENT. PLUS-cannot pardon NY or NJ State crimes.

Pardons' acceptance require admitting guilt = IMPEACHMENT. PLUS-cannot pardon NY or NJ State crimes.

Why Trump Critics Should Pray He Pardons Himself

...It shouldn’t.

In fact, if President Trump were to pardon himself, it would make him ripe for impeachment. No, I don’t mean that pardoning himself would amount to obstruction of justice or some other offense that he could theoretically be charged with if Congress stretches the facts to fit some statute. I mean that the pardon itself could be all the evidence Democrats need to oust Trump.

See, what a lot of people don’t realize is that a pardon isn’t simply a get out of jail free card that says a person has done nothing wrong. Quite the opposite, in order to accept a pardon, a person has to admit wrongdoing. According to the Supreme Court’s 1915 decision in Burdick v. United States, a pardon “carries an imputation of guilt; acceptance a confession of it.”

That means that if Trump were to pardon himself for an offense, he would have to confess to it first. This element was a key factor in President Gerald Ford‘s decision to pardon President Richard Nixon. It assured that Nixon at least fess up to his crimes before being absolved.

This is important because Section II, Article 2 of the Constitution says that the President “shall have the power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.” So while Trump may be able to use a pardon to protect himself from federal prosecution, it wouldn’t prevent him from being impeached.

The impeachment process, of course, demands evidence in order to file charges, or articles of impeachment, and evidence would then be brought before the Senate, who would vote on whether or not to remove the President from office.

What stronger evidence against a President could there be than an official, on the record admission that he did something wrong?

I wonder if Trump’s lawyers told him that.

Trump modeling agency - sex trafficking? I know sounds crazy but...

This would explain so much about Donald.

"We All Knew About the Trafficking"-The Untold Story of Trump Model Management (Part 1)

Back in July of this year, an article written by author Michael Gross about Trump’s modeling company was posted on the Daily Beast. It didn’t receive much fanfare, nor did these tweets-but lets take a look at them for a moment-

@harrysiegel
I've worked with Trump Models "Casting" we all knew of the trafficking

Wade Turnbull (@Wade_Turnbull) July 19, 2016
Asked to explain further, he stated the following:

@harrysiegel
For wealthy businessmen, Buying & selling fake contracts, Unfortunately many model agencies have the same business model

Wade Turnbull (@Wade_Turnbull) July 19, 2016
@harrysiegel
They'd ship in models, Eastern Euro's who had absolutely no chance of working in NYC. It becomes a debt slavery or fresh meat

Wade Turnbull (@Wade_Turnbull) July 19, 2016

These Tweets came from the account of Wade Turnbull. His remarks echo the sentiments of many who have worked with Trump Model Management. Turnbulls remarks are notable in particular because of their timing-They were made a full two months before the Mother Jones article outlining the immigration fraud, financial exploitation and generally deplorable working conditions at Trump’s agency were made public.

It should also be noted that Mr. Turnbull, judging by his Twitter feed, is no fan of Hillary Clinton. This is simply his impression, based on his experience working with this particular agency. And he is far from alone in his views.

About a month ago I came across a Mother Jones article about Trump’s modeling agency and its treatment of a young, largely immigrant workforce. The story was, in a way the height of irony-here was a man who built an entire campaign on his hard-line stance against immigrants, and all the while his business was committing full-scale immigration fraud. But as I read on, I was struck by how much this all resembled the business model of sex trafficking-something I have researched and written about extensively.

https://twitter.com/chrislhayes/status/770664306316836864

Excerpt:

To my astonishment the story disappeared into the ether of the 24/7 news cycle and seemed to be all but forgotten within a week, if that. Barbara Boxer initiated a senate inquiry, which I have been told is now underway. MJ did a short follow up, noting that Trump Models only response was to point out that the story was from “many many years ago” (it actually wasn’t)

Melania Trump sued a relatively unknown Canadian blogger and the Daily Mail over a related story, but otherwise disappeared from public view amid questions about her own strange and inconsistent account of her path to citizenship. And even as Trump ramped up his scathing rhetoric about undocumented immigrants, not one reporter bothered to challenge him on how he squared those public pronouncements with his business practices. Not one reporter asked him how much of his own purported fortune was made on the backs of undocumented immigrants, from his Polish demolition crews to his imported child models, and why that kind of thing was acceptable. The universe basically gave a collective shrug, and moved on.

DailyKos BLOCKBUSTER Diary: "We all knew about the trafficking- The Untold Story of Trump Model Mgt"

The diary in the link is probably the bravest and most important diary by a citizen journalist I've ever read.

It's the longform style of writing like in Rolling Stone or The New Yorker, with a narrative type of style that connects people, associations and events over a period of time.

I don't even have the words to express just how engrossing this diary/investigative report is and how I felt a sick, sick brick of dread and import and outrage and "ick" begin to form in my stomach from the very first paragraph.

Be prepared to be pulled in and to spend at least an hour reading this VERY LONG piece of journalism and the comments over there below it.

The first part is the backstory on modelling agencies, the dark side of that industry, and starts making connections between very rich and powerful men, and their financial and physical exploitation of young girls and women, including debt-slavery, molestation and assault.

Part II will apparently be more connections and get more into Trump Model Management, the author's conversations with Trump Models, human trafficking, and is apparently quite explosive and well-resourced.

Is it right that whoever a President pardons cannot then plead the 5th b/c cannot incriminate self

any longer? Is this like immunity?

Edit to add this article link provided by PoliticAverse:

How a Presidential Pardon Could Backfire

President Trump is considering pardoning family members and staffers caught up in the Russia investigation, but legal experts warn that it could backfire by making it harder for them to avoid testifying.

Under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution, Americans are protected against self-incrimination, but people who have been pardoned are no longer under any legal jeopardy, Harvard Law School Professor Laurence Tribe told TIME.

"Anyone pardoned by Trump would lose most of the 5th Amendment’s protection against compelled testimony that might otherwise have incriminated the pardoned family member or associate, making it much easier for DOJ and Congress to require such individuals to give testimony that could prove highly incriminating to Trump himself," Tribe said in an email.

Donald is not against CNN or MSM. He is against us & our access to a free press & access 2 the TRUTH

I read an opinion piece in the Wash Post a day or so ago that said that we keep acting like Donald is against CNN or the media and that that is the wrong way to look at it.

He is against us and our right to have: access to the media, a free press and to the truth.

Oversight Dems Press the White House to Explain Why Kushner’s Clearance Has Not Been Suspended During Ongoing Investigation

Today, all Democratic Members of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform sent a letter to White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus requesting documents about the decision by White House officials to disregard longstanding security clearance protocols by allowing Senior Advisor Jared Kushner to continue accessing classified information after he failed to disclose multiple meetings with Russian officials—including at least one joined by former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn at Trump Tower.

The Members cited multiple sources, including Executive Order 12968 and multiple agency guidance documents, directing security clearances to be suspended “when information of obvious security concern develops.”

Their letter requested all documents and communications referring or relating to the security clearances of Kushner, Flynn, and other White House officials by July 5, 2017.

Scorched-Earth Journalism: How Project Veritas Ruins Lives to Promote Their Radical Agenda

Trevor LaFauci June 30, 2017
It's been nearly nine months.

Nearly nine months ago, I endured the worst day of my life. It was a day that I'll never forget due to the sheer shame and disgrace I was made to feel. I felt hopeless and helpless, knowing that my job, my career, and my life were all about to come under intense scrutiny. I was worried about my family and friends and how they would respond when they found out. I was worried about my co-workers, whom I had now put in an extremely difficult situation. I was worried about the work we were doing, which I had now seemingly jeopardized. And I was worried about my own personal safety as I was receiving numerous death threats on social media.

I was made to feel this way because of James O'Keefe and Project Veritas.

For three months, a member of O'Keefe's "citizen journalists" infiltrated the Hillary Clinton campaign in Palm Beach County, Florida. Going by the name of "Max Hunt," this embedded campaign volunteer secretly recorded me and other organizers while on the campaign trail. Project Veritas' goal was simple: to create the illusion that there was nefarious activity going on and to fire up their alt-right base with the idea that the Clinton campaign was cheating in order to win. O'Keefe sent staff to various swing states, ones that he knew Donald Trump would have to win in order to become president. This landed "Max" in Palm Beach County, the least blue of Florida's big three Democratic-leaning areas.

From mid-July through mid-October, Max would join me and other campaign volunteers out in the hot Florida sun primarily doing voter registration. We found our way to malls, concerts, tailgates, shopping centers, DMVs, schools, churches, festivals, and any other locales where large numbers of people would gather. By being legally identified as a third party organization engaged in voter registration in the state of Florida, we had an obligation to register people regardless of political affiliation and we were unable to coach them in any way. As for myself, I know I personally registered multiple Republican voters and I know that Max did as well. In fact, I specifically recall an instance when Max returned dismayed from the local shopping plaza after having registered two Republicans to which I responded, "That's okay. We register them, too."

The week of the Florida voter registration deadline was extremely chaotic. The campaign had set its highest goals to date and the last day before the deadline was expected to be an all-out blitz on voter registration. For me personally, I went to a high school in the morning, a college campus in the early afternoon, a strip mall in the late afternoon, and a shopping plaza in the evening in search of potential unregistered voters. It was at that shopping plaza where I got a call from Max, asking where I was. I told him my location and he promised to head to our campaign office to sign out voter registration forms and then would meet me there. I was excited to have one more team member to help me in our final push.

When Max arrived, I noticed a look of consternation on his face. I immediately associated this countenance with the impending voter registration deadline, but I came to find out that Max had something on his mind. He asked if he could discuss something with me and I nodded. I asked what was up and Max ended up breaking down and confessing that he had destroyed Republican voter registration forms in a fit of anger. My heart sank at this news because it was a clear violation of Florida Democratic Party policy and I knew it would have to be addressed with my superior. When Max asked if I would tell anyone right away I shook my head but told him it was very serious and it was something I would have to reflect upon before making a further decision. He nodded and looked downtrodden so I attempted to pick him up by thanking him for telling me and noting how it took courage to do what he did. I then left the shopping plaza to meet with an individual at his home to fill out a voter registration form, all while reeling from what Max had told me. While there, I received a text from Max saying he wanted to talk back at the office. This would be an ideal opportunity to have Max meet with my supervisor and tell him what he had told me. I agreed to this meeting and headed back to our campaign office.

While waiting at the office for Max, I went through the voter registration forms he had checked out for the evening. What struck me as odd was that there were no missing forms. Why would Max say he destroyed forms when he didn't? None of what happened made any sense. As I sat trying to figure this out, a gentleman came in our campaign office and asked to see me. He came to me and asked if I had a campaign volunteer named Max Hunt. I nodded. He then asked if it was Florida Democratic Party policy to destroy voter registration forms. I laughed at this wild accusation but then noticed the man was filming me with his cell phone. He identified himself as a Project Veritas employee and kept badgering me with accusations. At this point, I told him I had no comment and I asked one of our directors to escort the man out. I walked out to my car, voter registration forms in hand, and pulled out of the parking lot driving away but not knowing where I was going. I eventually pulled over two miles down the road in a dimly lit strip mall, breathing heavily and visibly shaken. I finally composed myself enough to call my director and later talked to our regional director about what had happened as well. My director assured me that nothing would come of it.

He couldn't have been more wrong.

Tri-State NJ/NY/PA area: we still got TN couple fugitives in our midst. Any new news?

I am in the area and therefore feel the need to be cautious.

Pair of dangerous fugitives from Tennessee could be in N.J. area, cops say

New Jersey State Police are telling people to stay vigilant as authorities hunt a pair of fugitives from Tennessee who have been seen just over the Pennsylvania border, according to a report.

Jarret Cole Heitmann, 24, and Makayla Danielle Stilwell, 22, are being sought on charges of attempted murder and kidnapping and were last seen Saturday at the Walmart in Matamoras, Pa., according to NJHerald.com.

Matamora is across the Delaware River from Montague in Sussex County.

A State Police trooper at the Augusta barracks told the website that they had received numerous calls from people saying the pair had been seen in Sussex County. None of those sightings could be confirmed by authorities.

A report that the pair was in Montague drew a heavy police response but proved unfounded, the Herald report.

Heitmann and Stillwell are a dating couple from Kingston, Tenn.

The pair allegedly kidnapped a woman June 20 in Mt. Carmel, Tenn. and then ordered her to knock on the door of a man she knew. Heitmann and Stillwell shot the man when he answered, police said.

The two are known to travel by hitchhiking and freight train, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, which lists both on their 10 most wanted list. A $2,000 reward ($1,000 each) has been offered for information leading to their arrests.

Neither have ties to the northeast, according to Tennessee authorities.

The 5-foot-9, 145 pound Stilwell has brown hair and green eyes,

Heitmann stand 6-foot-1, weighs about 165 pounds and has brown hair an hazel eyes
