Le Gaucher
Le Gaucher's JournalIs the United States like a headless chicken that runs around crazily before it dies?
Or does it have Mad Cow disease?
Or are we beyond analogies at this point to figure out - What in the name of the HOLY FUCK is going on in the great land of ours.
Whatever it is - I hope we can find a quick cure.
While daily chaos at the White House might be great comedy .. It is becoming more and more tragic each day to see what is happening to our country.
On edit:
Found some good news upon googling : apparently a headless chicken lived for a fair bit.

Trump only hires the 'Best People'
Who are the people still supporting this idiot? I bet it must be people who watch "As seen on TV" and actually buy crap ..
Japanese post offices provides banking service. Why cant we do it as well?
Most customers need just basic banking services.. Deposit and withdraw cash.
Post offices exist everywhere .. And can easily add retail banking service with little overhead.
Post offices can invest the money in long term treasury bonds.
Food stamps / Unemployment insurance etc now use bank issued debit cards ..This can be replaced with postal debit card.
NJ uses bank of America debit cards..( yeah fuck the banks.. We dont need the bastards to profit from unemployment)
It all makes so much sense..but I guess it threatens easy profits..
BREAKING NEWS: President Trump has pushed out Reince Priebus, his chief of staff. He'll be replaced
Source: NYTIMES
WASHINGTON Reince Priebus, the establishment Republican-turned-loyalist to President Trump who served as his White House chief of staff for the last six months, was pushed out on Friday in the latest convulsion in a chaos-wracked West Wing to which he had repeatedly failed to bring some semblance of order.
Convinced that Mr. Priebus was not strong enough, Mr. Trump has been talking about bringing in a general as chief of staff and chose John F. Kelly, the retired Marine four-star general serving as secretary of homeland security. But some of his advisers oppose that idea, arguing that Mr. Trump needs someone more in tune with the nationalist political movement that helped propel him to the White House.

BOOM
In the absense of a single payer...
can we not make it a law that there will be a single negotiator for all the plans in a state. Any health care provider who wants insured clients has to negotiate with this body/organization. The only difference between the various insurance companies will their administrative markup ( upto 15% cap)
Btw - the body should negotiate rates for employer covered plans too. This will be give the body serious negotiating power.
Although AMA will hate it
Let's hear it for Mitch McConnel. He was Excellent and doesnt get enough credit.
He was and remains an EXCELLENT dumb-ass moron.
President Obama's address to Scouts
Watch and weep ...for we put a fool in the whitehouse.
Obamacare survives to fight another day.
But fight it must.
Don't assume for one second that these sick fucks will rest one moment. They will have another go at it any which way they can.
Trump will still try to sabotage by refusing to pay out subsidy.. Look for premiums to skyrocket on that count ( and republicans to blame Obamacare)
Take a breather and a savor the moment. but its a very short respite indeed.
The fight aint over.
