Still not enough of course, but so much better....but why any women would vote for a party that does not represent their interests at all - if you are not there you cannot be heard - makes my mind boggle
You've come a long way, baby...uh, wait....

Fucking hell. Are these eejits serious? How will the nationalists look at this as anything but an act of aggression by the mainland? As an NI native who has been away for a long time, this is making me very upset. I am a child of the 70's from East Belfast. I grew up in the worst of the troubles. My earliest memory is watching out the back of a No.7 bus as Woolworth's got blown up in the Town Centre. They can't put the army in so they are going to put the police in instead? WOW.
I would also like to point out that the PSNI all have guns (unlike everywhere else in the UK) for a reason. If things go tits up they are sending English police into a fire fight with a celery stick..... FUCKING HELL.
Police reinforcements for Northern Ireland in case of no-deal Brexit
Almost 1,000 police officers from England and Scotland are to begin training for deployment in Northern Ireland in case of disorder from a no-deal Brexit, the Guardian has learned.
The plans were put in place after Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) chiefs asked for reinforcements to deal with any trouble that arises from a hard border. The training for officers from English forces and Police Scotland is expected to begin this month.

Another one bites the dust?
Even if this charge has nothing to do with Trump I am pretty sure that he will trade like a trading mans trading things about Trump to make this all go away!
Former Trump Tax Attorney Busted on Federal Extortion Charges
The attorney hired by President Donald Trump to challenge his Chicago tax assessments was slapped with federal charges Thursday, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Federal agents raided Ed Burkes government office and personal business office in the last two months.
It was unclear at the time if the federal investigation was regarding the presidents finances or something outside of Burkes work for Trump. Burke did tax-related work for the Trump Organization for the past twelve years before the two parties severed the relationship earlier this year.

Perfectly this.
''...I'm not here to be likeable. I'm here to fix this sh*t."
https://twitter.com/AndreaChalupa/status/1080699322054967296Every single woman running for president in 2020 should announce by saying: "My name is [@KamalaHarris/@SenWarren/@amyklobuchar], and I'm not here to be likable. I'm here to fix this sh*t."
Perfectly this.

Obama: We've Got A Lot Of Work To Do In 2019
Politico reports:
Former President Obama took to Twitter on Tuesday to share his New Years message, saying weve got a lot of work to do.
Over the weekend, the former president also shared a few stories about some of the young leaders he said inspired him in 2018.
Obama ended his weekend series of tweets with the hope that his followers would also find inspiration in the stories he shared.

Trump begs Nancy Pelosi to 'make a deal' with him on 'the wall thing' in barely literate tweet
https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1080177487517233157President Donald Trump on Tuesday continued his furious New Years Day Twitter rampage, this time targeting presumptive incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
In particular, the president taunted Pelosi for having to deal with the consequences of his government shutdown as her first act as incoming leader of the Democratic House of Representatives.
