Night Court
So we all know that Trump will spend half a year in the court rooms before long over his illegal activities, Some of those may overlap with the State of Georgia. Whats the possibility of a nice entertaining thought of Federal Courts during the day and State of Georgia court at night.
Sure argument maybe be his sleep, but where is it written it cant be done? Judge Stone presided with Fielding and Markie Post at night, with Bull standing as the bailiff on Night Court. But if this could be done, Prime TV would be of the televised precedings and Trump can tweet about his court cases 2 am like he does for years.
Thoughts?
FEMA purpose is NOT an insurance bank.
I dont like to put down victims of hurricanes, but last week when the Hurricane went through Florida, I listened to the national broadcast of the aftermath and heard from a woman the demanded FEMA be right there to get started on damage claims.
Hearing that just turned my stomach.
FEMA is not an insurance company. Sorry if you built a two million dollar house on a beach and took a direct hit, but its not the government to repay for your lost. Thats what PRIVATE insurance companies are for.
FEMA is there for disasters and from their website, their cornerstones are:
Prevention, Protection, Mitigation, Response, and Recovery
They are to protect lives and get economic support back start after a disaster. Thats their recovery. Yes they do write checks for rebuild, but there are limits.
But FEMA pays for those first responders time, housing and travel,. They pay for supplies and logistics support of the disaster they are responding. Its not cheap.
But what I say, if you have a beachfront property, best get good insurance. If not, consider you are gambling when the Hurricane will hit.
As for the woman I listen to, it was a day after, the Government is putting people's lifes back together. The Government concern that day was to ensure everyone was safe, but start the recovery process soon afterwards. Do not demand you to be first and blame them for your lost. To those that I may seem callous over the victim, you and pay taxes.
Recovery is a biggest element for disasters. Keeping communities together is important. But people need to remember, if your mansion has flood damage from a surge, should of put a retaining wall to protect your mansion. Us poor folks would if hitch the camper and pulled out prior to the hurricane.

So we all see the mugshots. We have seen all the Presidents men fall from the cliffs and landed in the sewer of Fulton County.
Make no mistakes about it, early 1970's and our time, Crooks are still Crooks.
Differences is that some parts of our society do not know what Righteous acts are. Back then, Righteous acts was when the GOP followed the laws and their oaths. Today, GOP follows Trump. Its apparent! The GOP Presidential Debate showed a grouo of men who figuratively kiss Trumps azz before the nation, while the only Female Presidential Candidate barely refered Trump as a person. Why? Voters.
So we all got our work cut out for us. People loves the Crook! BRAINWASHED? or Stupidity? We Democrats need to show what is wrong with this man. Its NOT something that can be achieved over night, BUT if the 1970s proves one thing, it was once done.

If Trump decides at the Last Minute
So lets say trump decides to turn himself in late Friday and after processing at the Fulton Jail, Judge is gone home for the day; is there a chance he may have to wait until Monday in Jail? Seems that what most defendants that are booked on a weekend have to do......
Thoughts?
Judge said No Crimes and no witness tampering, place your day when he will violate that?
Not a Las Vegas Bet, but for fun, place your guess when he will violate the Judges Order....

Smith Act
So today, trumpers should be worried.
Smith Act!
Basically in a nutshell, any political party that advocates a violent overthrow of the US Government will be subjected to the Smith Act. So all those 2024 Trump Hats and Bumper Stickers you see know, are Trumpers and each are subject under the Smith Act for SUPPORTING the party to overthrow the US Government.
