I think it's possible Trump still thinks he is going to win. He is that crazy and when Biden
finally takes over and he realizes there is nothing more he can do, I am wondering if Trump is going to finally crack and have a major nervous breakdown. He has cheated his way out of every situation, everyone around him is afraid to tell him the truth. He is totally spiraling out of control mentally.
Any psychologists here with experience with this type of mental state? He seems similar to Hitler who was willing to send old men off to a lost war. Hitler probably still thought he could pull it out and I think Trump seems to be in the same state of denial.
Since college educated folks tend to vote Dem. the free college idea is one maybe we should
be looking at more closely? I like the idea to begin with and if it helps enlighten folks and to vote Dem then it's a no-brainer for us. I think when you get folks from the country into a bigger city, give them a bit more education, put them around very diverse people, they may become a bit more enlightened and their values change.
Democrats should be dominating blue collar / rustbelt votes
We are losing the messaging war. What kind of legislation wins can Biden get to help these folks out and also help with the messaging? They are not fans of NAFTA which is part of what they liked about Trump's message even though he didn't deliver shit. Also, all we need to do is peel off at least 2% of the rural vote. Another thing we should be doing is shoring up our outreach to Hispanics and courting the Cuban vote in Florida. They need to be reminded that it was Jimmy Carter who paved the way for 125,000 Cubans to come to the US back in the 70's.
It seems like GA, NC, TX, AZ are trending blue but OH and rustbelt possibly stagnant or moving red?
Were the rustbelt states trending more red only because Trump tapped into a certain segment of the population that doesn't usually vote? I guess those have been swing states for a long time now though. Seems like more key states are trending blue than red.
