Transit union idiotcally goes on strike in Philadelphia, 2 days before the elections
The transit union in Philadelphia just went on strike, potentially hurting access to voting sites for minorities.

I'm pro-union. But this could have waited a few days. I hope they don't regret this decision.
Reminder to IBD/TIPP poll lovers: Rasmussen was very accurate before it sucked
As you may have noticed, certain people have been touting the atrocious, pro-Trump IBD/TIPP poll on the grounds that "It's been accurate in past elections", where it is implied that polls that were once-awesome polls will continue to be awesome.
Well, Rasmussen was very accurate in 2004, and 2008, before it predicted Romney would become our President in 2012.
This is from a Slate article from 2004:
"Look who's laughing now. Rasmussen and SurveyUSA beat most of their human competitors in the battleground states, often by large margins."http://www.slate.com/articles/health_and_science/human_nature/2004/12/lets_go_to_the_audiotape.html
And from Politico, regarding Rasmussen's 2008 accuracy:
And 2008: "Last year, the progressive website FiveThirtyEight.coms pollster ratings, based on the 2008 presidential primaries, awarded Rasmussen the third-highest mark for its accuracy in predicting the outcome of the contests. And Rasmussens final poll of the 2008 general election showing Obama defeating Arizona Sen. John McCain 52 percent to 46 percent closely mirrored the elections outcome."http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1209/31047_Page2.html
Needless to say, Rasmussen sucked big time in 2012 to the point that nobody takes the poll seriously.
If you expect IBD/TIPP (which is given a very good grade by the useless fivethirtyeight.com) to be accurate in 2016 based on their past accuracy, I have a bridge to sell you.
#ManyPeopleAreSaying that Jesus' tomb was found
an unbelievable irresponsible New York Times reports that the tomb of Jesus may have been found because some people believe it's Jesus' tomb.
And if there are no bones in there, you can't say this story is BS because a book says Jesus rose to the sky.

Washington State elector says he won't vote for Hillary even if she wins
Hillary Clinton has now to secure 271 EV, as one elector for Washington State (Bernie Sanders' supporting activist) has just informed that he will not vote for her:

Fox News has a national poll tonight. Do not believe the outcome
Warning: Media outlets will treat Fox as a reliable pollster even though it had Romey and Obama tied in 2012 (Obama won by 4%) http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2012/president/us/general_election_romney_vs_obama-1171.html#polls
Do not panick if Fox pretends Trump is tied with Hillary or even ahead. Fox is supposed to pretend Trump is doing better than he's doing.
Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton team up to target Trump
Source: LA Times
Bernie Sanders was effusive in his praise of Hillary Clinton. The Democratic nominee returned the favor, declaring how much fun it was to be running with him, not against him.
And together, Clinton and Sanders delivered a tag-team assault on Donald Trump before a crowd of more than 5,000 here, alternately mocking the Republican for his inflated ego and warning of the danger he could pose in the Oval Office.
"I disagree with Donald Trump on virtually all of his policy positions. But what upsets me the most -- it's beyond disagreement -- is we have struggled for so many years to overcome discrimination," the Vermont senator said. "And he is running his campaign, the cornerstone of which is bigotry. We are not going back to a bigoted society."
Clinton, as she has all week, said it was difficult to imagine a man who demeaned women, minorities and the disabled as president.
